Job summary

Medivest Sdn Bhd is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee daily hospital support services, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, and manage budgets and teams in a demanding healthcare environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Facilities Management, 5+ years in facilities management or hospital support services, and strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Healthcare FM familiarity and CHFM certification are pluses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management or related field.
• At least 5 years in facilities management or hospital support services.
• Experience supervising operational teams and service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management, contract administration, budget control and performance.
• Familiarity with healthcare facilities management and safety/quality standards an advantage.
• CHFM or similar certification is an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hospital support services operations to ensure efficient delivery.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor performance, minimise deductions and implement corrective actions.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and support financial targets.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and supervise contractors and vendors.
• Maintain relationships with hospital management and stakeholders.
• Address work orders and customer complaints promptly.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare operational reports and propose improvements.
