Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office and document management systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Two to three years of relevant administration or project management experience in construction or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing consultants and contractors to ensure design intent and healthcare standards.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items for timely follow-up.
• Monitor and report progress, risks, and issues to management.
• Liaise with authorities for approvals and compliance.
• Support procurement by coordinating submissions and evaluation reports.
• Maintain organized project records and track budgets and expenditures.
• Prepare weekly/monthly project reports and update schedules with consultants.
• Assist in reviewing progress claims, variation orders, and payments before submission.
