MiCare HealthTech Holdings in Bayan Lepas is seeking a hands-on Account Management Executive to oversee day-to-day relationships with insurers, corporate clients, and providers. You will coordinate with operations and technical teams, prepare reports, support contract implementation and renewals, and help roll out new digital solutions.

You will monitor performance, identify service improvements, and contribute to onboarding and training activities to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and customer service.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare concise reports, and use basic spreadsheet and presentation tools to monitor account performance and support decision-making.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, follow up on outstanding issues, and meet service-level timelines.
• Collaborative mindset with experience cross-functional work with operations, technical, and finance teams to resolve client requests and improve processes.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in account management, business operations, or administration; exposure to managed care, healthtech, or insurance platforms is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
