We are seeking a detail-oriented Health & Safety Administrator to support workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance. The ideal candidate should have a background in health and safety administration and hold a valid Green Book certification issued by Malaysia's Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH/JKKP).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) documentation, records, and reports.
• Ensure workplace safety procedures comply with applicable occupational health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate workplace safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring safety policies, procedures, and preventive measures.
• Maintain records of workplace incidents, accidents, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety briefings, training sessions, and awareness programs for employees.
• Monitor compliance with safety requirements and follow up on outstanding corrective actions.
• Prepare regular HSE reports and maintain accurate documentation for internal and external audits.
• Liaise with relevant departments, contractors, and regulatory authorities on safety-related matters.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health, or a related field.
• Valid Green Book certification as a registered Safety and Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH/JKKP is required.
• Previous experience in health and safety administration, HSE coordination, or a related role.
• Good knowledge of BM occupational safety and health regulations.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
