Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Malaysia seeks a Workplace Experience Manager to lead a team delivering Concierge, Reception, Meeting & Event Management, and related office services at a designated building.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, manage client relationships, and drive process improvements while aligning with CBRE RISE values. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and monitor training and development.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and schedules.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships and negotiate with clients and partners to resolve priorities.
• Ensure efficient and consistent support and identify process improvements.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values in actions and decisions.
• Identify and troubleshoot day-to-day issues affecting the team and services.
