Job summary

The Head of Training Operations at Airbus Helicopters Malaysia SDN. BHD.

oversees all pilot and technician training contracts, including complex training solutions up to flight operations, supporting customers during Entry Into Service and for direct sale contracts. You will lead a high-performing operations team, drive safety culture and continuous improvement, and establish KPI dashboards to monitor operational results, customer satisfaction, safety and capacity.

• Team Leadership: lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Establish and monitor KPIs such as operational results, customer satisfaction, safety, capacity.
• Drive alignment and harmonization of processes, reporting, and systems with Central functions and Organisation.
• Governance: lead regular operational drumbeats (reviews) to ensure departmental alignment with strategic objectives and performance targets for both suppliers and customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
