Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Manager to lead performance testing across digital, enterprise, core banking and wealth domains, manage vendors, define test strategies, and ensure adherence to SLA/KPI targets. You will collaborate with TCoE, governance, and stakeholders, driving automation and data-driven reporting.

You will guide teams across multi-cultural, multi-vendor environments in a global bank setting, fostering high performance, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer engineering or related field.
• 15–20 years in large, complex organizations with 5+ years’ senior manager experience in performance testing.
• Experience delivering performance testing end-to-end across multiple domains (Digital, Enterprise, Core Banking, Wealth, Cards).
• Proficiency with SDM processes, test strategy development, and governance reviews.
• Strong knowledge of tools and methodologies including JIRA, Confluence, Tosca, Selenium, LoadRunner/HP ALM, and related testing frameworks.
• Experience with Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall delivery, multi-vendor environments, and global stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance testing delivery for one or more banking domains.
• Review and sign off on test strategies, plans, and artefacts with vendors.
• Coordinate with Test Governance to ensure adoption of testing standards and health checks.
• Quantify, report, and drive KPIs and SLA targets for the testing portfolio.
• Drive automation, process efficiency, and cost optimization across testing services.
• Lead and mentor multi-cultural teams, manage headcount, and recruit as needed.
