Qualifications
- 6 years minimum in software testing, QA, or test automation.
- Degree in IT, CS, or Software Engineering.
- Hands-on UI and API test automation experience.
- Experience with Agile and cross-functional teams.
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated UI, API, and integration tests.
- Define test strategies, plans, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with product owners and developers on requirements.
- Lead automation initiatives and mentor QA teams.
- Perform root-cause analysis and risk assessments.
- Ensure CI/CD integration and deployment readiness.
