Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Head of Systems and Project Management for Klang. You will own and govern the organisation’s business application systems, overseeing critical financial and customer systems, driving performance, and coordinating with the Digital Transformation Team to ensure successful transitions into stable operations.

Responsibilities include system modernization, risk assessment, vendor management and delivering value with minimal disruption to business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6–8 years in systems management, application management or project delivery.
• Minimum 2–3 years in systems leadership or management with team experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and governance of business application systems.
• Ensure stability, security, availability and support for critical apps.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on integration and delivery.
• Maintain system documentation, inventories and business rules.
• Lead system testing, go-live readiness and post-implementation reviews.
• Oversee data governance, integration and quality across platforms.
• Drive digital transformation collabor—ation and stakeholder alignment.
