As Head of Student Services, you will lead registration, student records governance, welfare reporting, and disciplinary frameworks, working with the University Relations Department and Academic Office to advance initiatives in alumni relations, scholarships,

Qualifications

• Lead and manage overall student services operations and annual budgets.
• Coordinate student registration and induction programmes.
• Manage student databases and welfare reports with confidentiality.
• Enforce conduct codes and provide pastoral support alongside staff.
• Coordinate regulatory documentation and accreditation efforts (MyQuest, MOHE, MQA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the student campus experience and operations.
• Drive registration, records governance, and welfare initiatives.
• Collaborate with University Relations, Academic Office, and Principal's Office on key programs.
• Support alumni relations, scholarships, and holistic student development.
