Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Student Services, Student Affairs, Higher Education.
• Strong leadership, people management, professionalism, integrity and accountability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and student management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire the Student Services team to achieve KPIs and align with institutional goals.
• Analyze student needs to architect proactive strategies, wellness initiatives, and student-centric interventions.
• Optimize departmental efficiency by designing, reviewing, and upgrading workflows, policies, and service standards.
• Provide strict oversight for student database management, ensuring confidentiality and audit compliance.
