Public Mutual Berhad is seeking a senior leader to manage agency sales and recruitment performance across 28 branches. You will oversee branch operations, analyze performance data, and drive business development initiatives through multiple channels.

The role requires extensive experience in the unit trust/insurance industry, strong business acumen, and the ability to travel nationwide to engage with branches and stakeholders. Weekend work and long hours may be required.

Qualifications

Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 15 years in unit trust/insurance industry; agency/business development exp a plus.
Strong business acumen with good interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel nationwide and have own transport.
Willing to work beyond hours including weekends when required.
Ability to lead and manage stakeholders in a team.

Responsabilités

Manage agency sales and recruitment performance and drive business development across 28 branches.
Oversee branch operations for efficiency and adherence to processes.
Analyze agency sales, productivity and recruitment reports; provide strategic recommendations.
Drive agency recruitment growth through multi-channel strategies.
Supervise activities: promotions, agency previews and events, agency talks, etc.
