Job summary

RHB Banking Group is seeking a Team Lead, Product Management to oversee a team of Product Managers in the Digital Merchant Solutions unit. You will guide the development and execution of digital payment solutions, align with strategic goals, and support the Head of Digital Merchant Solutions in advancing the portfolio.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, establish governance, and drive customer-centric product enhancements while ensuring regulatory compliance with BNM and PayNet

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Product Management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of digital payment ecosystems and merchant acquiring solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
