Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, or related field.
• 8+ years in product management, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in fintech, digital payments, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, agile development, and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of payment gateways, payment processing, merchant acquiring, APIs, and digital payment ecosystems.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver products aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with objectives and market opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end product development ensuring timely delivery of scalable payment solutions.
• Collaborate with Technology, Sales, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to translate business needs into requirements.
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback, competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, adoption, usage, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
• Drive improvements to payment gateways, merchant experiences, integrations, and transaction flows.
• Ensure products meet regulatory, security, operational, and compliance requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the product team fostering collaboration and accountability.

Product Governance: Ensure products meet relevant regulatory, security, operational, and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role.

Experience in fintech, digital payments, banking, or financial services is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, agile development, and product lifecycle management.

Knowledge of payment gateways, payment processing, merchant acquiring, APIs, and digital payment ecosystems.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver products aligned with business goals.
