About the Company

The company was founded in 2015, registered with Bank Negara Malaysia as a Merchant Acquiring Services provider and Mastercard International as a Payment Facilitator for the Asia Pacific region.

  • Salary Range : RM 15,000 - RM 30,000
  • Traveling required: Local and International

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Define and drive the technical strategy and architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Team Building and Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead an engineering team, promoting innovation and collaboration.
  • Project Management: Oversee timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure on-time, within-budget project completion.
  • Product Development: Work with various stakeholders to define requirements and deliver payment solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing practices to maintain high product quality.
  • Technology Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new technologies as appropriate.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the engineering budget efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the engineering team and executive leadership, providing updates on project status and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
