Job summary

COHERENTPLUS SDN. BHD. is recruiting a software engineer in Kuala Lumpur to develop and maintain IPG modules, APIs and portals. You will support deployments and collaborate with DevOps on automation and testing.

The role focuses on building robust payment solutions, diagnosing issues, and ensuring secure, scalable integration with banks and PSPs. On-site work in Malaysia is expected.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and troubleshoot IPG modules, APIs, portals and supporting services.
• Perform bug fixes and application support for production IPG systems.
• Integrate with banks, payment service providers and other payment platforms, including certification activities.
• Assist merchants with technical integration and certification where required.
• Write and execute tests, including automated regression testing.
• Support deployment to development, staging and test environments.
• Work with the DevOps team on CI/CD, automation and operational improvements.
• Participate in the development of future IPG architecture and next-generation payment gateway capabilities.
