About the job CFD Dealing & Trading Operations Associate / Manager

Our client is a globally regulated Forex and CFD broker, founded in 2017 and regulated with FSC (UK) and FSA (Seychelles) licenses. The headquarters is in Dubai with international offices in 13 countries and 200 professional teams across the regions. The group caters to both retail and institutional clients offering customized pricing and liquidity setups, in providing world-class trading services to its clients, with core values of Integrity, Collaboration, Curiosity, Tenacity, and Excellence.

Currently, they are looking for expansion in Malaysia to establish the entire new department of Dealing and Trading with3 members (Associate and Manager level). The Malaysiateam will be working closely withBulgaria and Risk & Dealingin Dubai to cover the entire global operation 24x7 hours. To assist with supervising our trading desk as well as operational tasks related to maintaining our trading systems.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for supporting the continuous operation and running of the firm's trading systems.
• Support the team in the management and monitoring of the Company's trading books across multiple asset classes FX, CFDs, and ensure the firm stays within its defined risk parameters
• Follow market trends, information/news in all major trading symbols offered by the Company
• Actively support the team in monitoring the Company's systems, price feeds, and clients' trading activity and exposures and investigate suspicious trades
• Speak to clients, as required, to resolve any trading/ account issues they may have
• Generate and analyze trading statistics
• Follow up transactions and orders with LPs, Bank,s and Prime Brokers, as required
• Develop FX and CFD trade execution and risk management knowledge and expertise across multiple regions
• Produce any other reports or written material, as required by business needs.
• Handle any quotes issue with the real-time server, such as freezing, gaps, filtration
• Monitor and manage issues with the LPs and pricing
• Advise broader staff of any new system/ market updates/upgrades as appropriate
• Follow-up with aggregators/bridges and other related technologies issues or updates
• Switching between LPs if/ whenever required
• Assist with Metatrader operational tasks, such as instrument configuration, group configuration, markups, etc.
• Configuration and maintenance of bridge and associated components, eg: client account/ LP / instrument price feed configuration, as required
• Producing daily trade and reconciliation reports in relation to trading activity and client positions using MT4 and third-party platforms
• Other ad hoc duties and support tasks as required

For the Manager candidate:You will be responsible for the continuous operation and running of the firms' MT4 and MT5 systems. Duties include:Managing and monitor the Company's trading books across multiple asset classes FX, CFDs, and ensuring the Company stays within its defined risk parametersExecute trades placed by the clients of the trading platforms.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Educated up to degree level
• Knowledge of multiple asset classes, including CFDs, FX, Futures, Equities and Cryptos
• Working Knowledge of MT4 and MT5 (Manager, Administrator, Trader) is desirable.
• Knowledge of trading technology, eg: bridge technology, aggregators is desirable.
• Client/ LP / instrument configuration experience on both Metatrader and on bridges is desirable.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, any other language will be considered an advantage.
