Job summary

CBRE Malaysia seeks a Key Site General Manager to lead Workplace Experience and Facilities Management, acting as the primary client contact and ensuring a high-quality, seamless experience for employees and visitors.

You will oversee day-to-day facilities services, site operations, vendors, budgets and team performance, creating a welcoming, service-focused workplace while upholding CBRE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, mentoring, measuring and rewarding performance is preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate performance expectations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; oversee training and development and conduct evaluations.
• Coordinate daily team activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and track deadlines.
• Review client plans to ensure appropriate staffing levels meet expectations.
• Manage budgets and vendor contracts for the property.
• Lead client meetings to discuss and resolve issues and optimize performance.
• Negotiate with external partners and drive improvements in service delivery.
• Model CBRE RISE values and drive cross-functional collaboration.
