Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Insurance, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Insurance.
• Oil and Gas experience preferred (5 years).
• Strong negotiation and contract review skills.
• Leadership of risk management teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement insurance strategies aligned with operational risk.
• Manage placement, renewal, and administration of Hull & Machinery, P&I, Employers Liability, General Liability, Environmental/Pollution and Business Interruption.
• Review client contracts to identify insurance obligations and ensure contract compliance.
• Lead negotiations with brokers, underwriters, and insurers.
• Maintain insurance schedules and timely renewals.
• Lead claims management and liaise with loss adjusters and insurers.
• Support Finance and SCM in insuring assets and vendors.
• Prepare certificates, endorsements and letters of undertaking.
• Conduct internal training on coverage scopes and incident procedures.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor implementation.
