Job summary

Deloitte Southeast Asia is seeking a Service Line (based in Risk) – Manager to lead the SEA Risk Operations function in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on end-to-end operational delivery, process standardisation, and driving efficiencies across shared services while working with process owners and stakeholders.

As a leader, you will build high-performing teams, optimise resources based on volumes, and implement automation to improve control and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in shared services or risk operations.
• Experience managing multi-country/shared service teams.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with automation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day SEA Risk Operations service delivery.
• Provide operational oversight across multiple Risk Operations processes.
• Monitor performance, service levels, volumes and KPIs.
• Establish ownership, accountability and escalation across teams.
• Work with stakeholders to allocate resources and plan capacity.
• Identify gaps and bottlenecks; develop solutions.
• Drive process improvements including automation and standardisation.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures, controls and metrics.
• Support development and optimisation of the shared services model.
• Lead, coach and develop Risk Operations team members.
