Teleport is seeking an Insurance Programme Manager to oversee insurance coverage across Marine/Cargo, Logistics Liability, Property, Cyber, and Corporate Liability.

You will coordinate policy renewals, endorsements, and coverage updates, while leading negotiations with brokers to optimise premiums and terms. The role involves claims management, risk advisory, and data-driven reporting to support risk decisions.

• Insurance experience in management, claims handling, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of policy terms, claims processes and stakeholder management.
• Ability to partner across functions and communicate insurance concepts clearly.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision making.
• Proficient with data tools and risk platforms to extract insights and monitor KPIs.
• Ownership mindset: proactive, organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Insurance Experience: At least 4 years in insurance management, claims handling, or risk management.
• Claims & Policy Knowledge: Understand policies, claims processes and collaborators across insurers, brokers, and teams.
• Business Partnering Skills: Work effectively across functions and communicate insurance concepts to non-specialists.
• Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Review documents, analyze claims data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Systems & Data Savvy: Use data to extract insights, track KPIs, and leverage risk platforms.
• Ownership Mindset: Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
