Job summary

FFM Berhad invites a senior Group Total Rewards and HR Analytics leader to partner with the GCHRO in shaping compensation, benefits and data-driven decisions across the PPB Group. You will design frameworks, govern programs and drive strategic initiatives for attracting and retaining talent.

You will develop HR analytics capabilities, create dashboards, benchmark market trends and collaborate with Finance and business leaders to optimize rewards and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, statistics or related field required.
• 10-15 years of Total Rewards and HR analytics experience in multi-business environments.
• Strong expertise in compensation frameworks, benefits design and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, review and harmonization of group-wide compensation, benefits and incentive frameworks.
• Uphold reward philosophy including job architecture, grading structures and governance standards.
• Oversee group-level annual reward cycles with budgeting, performance and payout processes.
• Lead market benchmarking, job evaluation and pay equity analysis across the group.
• Design and optimize benefit programs considering demographics, costs and sustainability.
• Partner with Finance on reward cost modeling, forecasting and scenarios.
• Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure value and quality.
