Responsibilities

• Own governance of Sime Darby digital platforms and branding standards.
• Oversee and approve website updates, content, and performance.
• Direct monthly social media planning across platforms.
• Lead digital campaign planning with aligned calendars.
• Provide oversight for paid advertisement strategies and reviews.
• Govern WABA and EDM content strategy and schedules.
• Own analytics framework and regular performance reporting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on digital initiatives.
