Job summary

Sime Darby Industrial Sdn Bhd is seeking a strategic digital platforms lead to govern and optimize its digital footprint across its brands in Malaysia. You will own governance of the corporate website and social channels, directing monthly content, and coordinating digital campaigns with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities cover analytics, performance insights, and stakeholder coordination to ensure consistent branding, timely updates, and effective digital communications across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Digital Platforms' Governance & Oversight: Provide overall ownership and governance of Tractors Malaysia's digital platforms, including corporate website, social media channels, WABA, EDM, and analytics tools.
• Website Management (Governance Level): Oversee the management and optimization of the Tractors Malaysia corporate website, approving content updates and coordinating with internal and external developers.
• Social Media Management (Planning & Direction): Provide direction for monthly social media content planning across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn.
• Digital Campaign Planning & Coordination: Lead planning and coordination of digital marketing campaigns across owned platforms with aligned timelines and calendars.
• Paid Advertisement Oversight: Provide strategic direction for paid ads across digital platforms and work with agencies on optimization.
• WABA & EDM Governance: Oversee content strategy and calendar planning for WhatsApp and EDM campaigns, monitor performance.
• Analytics, Reporting & Insights: Own the digital analytics framework, consolidate performance data, analyse trends, and present insights.
• Stakeholder Management & Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for digital matters with internal stakeholders and coordinate requirements.
