Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as CDCE, CTDC, or similar are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement campus-wide strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee overall performance ensuring compliance with customer SLAs.
• Act as the primary escalation point for major customer issues.
