Job summary

ONE FOR ALL LOGISTICS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Customer Service Head / Assistant Customer Service Head to lead the Customer Service team and act as the primary interface between customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Transport, Forwarding and Customs.

You will oversee daily operations, handle inquiries, orders, delivery schedules and shipment status, monitor workloads, and drive opportunities to grow shipment volume,

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Import/Export, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Import/Export or Forwarding, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of import/export and logistics processes.
• Familiar with shipping documents and basic customs procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and internal departments.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Good leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Customer Service team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle customer enquiries, orders, delivery schedules and shipment status
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Transport, Forwarding and Customs teams
• Follow up on import/export shipments and ensure the required documents are prepared accurately and on time
• Monitor order processing, delivery arrangements and shipment schedules
• Keep customers updated on shipment status, delays, changes and other operational matters
• Acknowledge and respond to customer requests within agreed response timelines.
• Monitor the team's workload and ensure tasks are completed within the required timeline.
• Identify opportunities to grow shipment volume, revenue and GP in collaboration with Sales and Operations teams

Education

Diploma / Degree in Business Admin / Logistics / Import & Export or related field
