Qualifications

• Degree or Vocational Certificate in any recognised field.
• 5–7 years in kitchen/supervisory roles, with ≥4 years in supervision.
• Genuine expertise in Japanese cuisine and techniques.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environments.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain cross-department relationships.
• Lead kitchen training plans with senior leadership.
• Supervise kitchen staff to policies, safety, and hygiene.
• Ensure timely, precise serving of small plates in high-volume setting.
