Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Head Chef / Culinary Partner to lead the culinary transition of a prime-location café in Klang Valley, with full creative freedom over menu development and kitchen operations.

You will work directly with the owner, enjoying growth opportunities and profit-sharing while building something of your own, without upfront capital requirements. The role demands leadership, strategic cost management, and a drive to elevate café dining standards.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of kitchen experience in a high-volume café.
• 1–2 years in a leadership role (Sous Chef / Head Chef).
• Strong understanding of food costing, kitchen P&L, stock control, and wastage management.
• Proven track record of menu development and culinary presentation for modern café dining.
• Valid food handler certification and typhoid vaccination.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute a high-margin, visually appealing, scalable modern café menu.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, inventory control, ordering, supplier negotiations, and waste management.
• Maintain a strict target food cost percentage (below 30–32%).
• Recruit, train, and manage line cooks and kitchen staff with high hygiene, speed, and discipline.
• Ensure high presentation standards and fast ticket times during peak hours.
