Job summary

V-Nion Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Project Executive to support planning and execution of new projects, including market research, location surveys and site evaluations.

The role involves coordinating with suppliers, contractors, designers and other parties, tracking costs and timelines, and assisting in pre-opening preparation and project launches. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and encouraged to develop strong communication, problem-solving and independent working

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, project management, marketing or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in project coordination / site setup is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and follow up on tasks.
• Willing to travel for site visits when required.
• Possess own transport is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, location surveys and site evaluations
• Assist in project planning and concept development
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, designers and other parties
• Source quotations and follow up on project costs and timelines
• Follow up on site works, setup and project progress
• Assist in pre-opening preparation and project launch
• Support other project-related tasks and future expansion
