Job summary

GENIUS COOLING TOWERS GLOBAL SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, scheduling and coordination of project milestones. The role involves obtaining information, finalizing scope and coordinating with site teams.

You will travel to client sites occasionally, work with minimal supervision and grow with a Malaysian cooling tower manufacturer with over 20 years’ experience in sales, export, design, manufacturing, installation and service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or any other relevant field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in project coordination will be preferred for this position.
• Willing to travel occasionally to client sites or other company locations.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Obtaining information and finalizing project scope and requirements.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling and coordinating to ensure project milestones and objectives are met.
• Assist in organizing workflow, including personnel, equipment, and materials, as required for project execution.
• Follow up site condition before delivery onsite.
• Coordinate with internal and external contacts on work requirements
• Record daily for Site Supervisor & Service Team Workers OT
• Any other jobs assigned by immediate superior from time to time

Education
