Job summary

Newpages Network Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage website projects from onboarding to launch, coordinating with Sales, Clients, and internal teams to ensure timely, quality delivery. You will work across multiple teams, resolve issues, and contribute to process improvements, with structured training and growth opportunities.

Experience is not strictly required for fresh graduates; strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Fresh graduates with good communication and organizational skills encouraged to apply.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage website projects from client onboarding to successful website launch.
• Coordinate with the sales team, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, resolve issues, and meet timelines and quality standards.
• Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by management as required.
