Job summary

VS Industry Bhd is seeking a Program Executive / Assistant Manager – Program to lead program activities ensuring customer requirements and departmental objectives are met. You will coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to drive successful new product launches according to timelines.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Engineering, with at least 3 years in program/project management, preferably in manufacturing/electronics/EMS.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in program management, project management, customer management, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or EMS industry is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage program activities to ensure departmental objectives and customer requirements are achieved.
• Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product launches according to project requirements and timelines.
• Monitor and track program progress, including changes, priorities, risks, and action plans, to achieve project goals.
• Provide guidance and support to the program team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Manage customer-related business risks, including claims, write-offs, and commercial issues.
• Analyze customer forecasts and waterfall charts to support capacity and business planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
