Job summary

Elite Advanced Materials Sdn Bhd in Rawang, Selangor, is hiring a hands-on Production Engineer to support day-to-day operations of chemical manufacturing, including processing, purification, blending, filling and packaging.

You will work with operators and technicians to ensure safe, efficient production, solve problems on the plant floor and drive continuous improvement through data and root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates to 5 years' experience encouraged.
• Hands-on, site-based production engineering with operations.
• Familiarity with batch processing, mixing, purification and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily manufacturing activities.
• Troubleshoot production, process and equipment problems.
• Monitor batch progress and ensure targets are met safely.
• Lead process improvement and data-driven KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, BMR, and quality systems.
