Job summary

Jobs Kreate in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to independently oversee the full spectrum of HR functions for a growing halal quick-service restaurant business. You will manage recruitment, training, employee relations and payroll across multiple locations with ownership and pace.

The role suits candidates who can work independently, drive HR operations and partner with management to meet manpower needs in a fast-moving retail environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing a broad range of HR responsibilities.
• Practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations and general HR administration.
• Good working knowledge of Malaysian employment laws incl. Employment Act 1955, EPF, SOCSO and EIS.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in fast food, F&B, retail, hospitality or multi-location environments is advantageous.
• Willing to travel to store locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and manpower planning for store-based and corporate roles.
• Coordinate onboarding, training and development for staff and management.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters with confidentiality.
• Coordinate performance reviews, KPIs and development plans.
• Oversee payroll, statutory contributions and benefits administration.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with Malaysian laws.
• Support halal compliance from an HR perspective.
• Foster positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
