Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Kuala Lumpur to own the growing HR function. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and policy development across outlets in Malaysia.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 5+ years of HR experience, and at least 2 years of management experience, with strong knowledge of Malaysian labour law and a background in F&B, retail, or hospitality preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience
• 2+ years managerial experience
• Experience supporting multiple outlets/locations
• Strong Malaysian labour law knowledge
• F&B, Retail or Hospitality experience preferred
• Fluent Mandarin (spoken & written)
• Proficient in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
