BlockOffice is building the future of finance for entrepreneurs, offering a hands-on role close to fractional CFO work. You will manage end-to-end financial reporting for high-growth startups, drive fundraising support, and help shape scalable finance platforms powered by AI.

The role demands a qualified accountant with 8–10 years of experience, IFRS/SFRS knowledge, and a commercial, problem-solving mindset. You’ll mentor under a senior CFO and work closely with founders.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACCA/CIMA/MIA
• 8–10 years of experience in one org
• Strong IFRS/SFRS accounting foundation
• Commercially minded with startup exposure
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on finance partner for high-growth startups, owning end-to-end reporting
• Support fundraising processes with data room prep, models, investor reporting
• Drive month-end close, treasury, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Design scalable finance systems and controls with executives
• Partner with founders and leadership, mentored by senior CFO
• Contribute accounting expertise to shaping our AI-powered finance tools
