Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications (CFA, CPA, ACCA, MBA) would be a plus.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance, operations, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, risk management, and cash flow optimization in a direct-to-consumer business model.
• Proven track record in financial planning, cost management, and operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with technology and tools for financial, HR, and operational management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and senior management.
• Ideally in a leadership role within a startup, e-commerce, or consumer goods environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support growth, profitability, and cost optimization.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Manage relationships with outsourced financial service providers and ensure timely reporting, compliance, and audits.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks with robust internal controls and governance.
• Drive capital allocation for working capital and investments.
• Lead end-to-end operational processes including supply chain and inventory management.
• Establish SOPs for logistics, procurement, and quality control.
• Utilize data and technology to improve operational visibility and customer experience.
• Champion process improvements and automation across operations.
• Develop HR strategies focused on talent acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Oversee HR outsourcing for payroll and compliance.
• Foster a high-performance culture through training and inclusive practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
