YOOKY BAKERY SDN BHD is seeking a Quality Control (QC) & Halal Executive to oversee incoming and process inspections, safety and hygiene compliance, audits, and halal certification management. You will liaise with JAKIM and regulators to ensure ongoing halal standards across products, factories, or outlets.

You will lead internal halal audits, coordinate pest control, manage documentation for ISO/FSSC 22000, train staff, and drive root-cause investigations for non-conformances, while acting as

Responsabilidades

• Inspect raw materials, packaging, and incoming ingredients against purchase orders and specifications
• Monitor daily production lines and Critical Control Points (CCPs)
• Ensure the production floor, equipment, and staff adhere to GMP, HACCP, and SOPs
• Conduct internal quality audits, store/outlet assessments, and manage documentation for ISO or FSSC 22000
• Coordinate with pest control providers to keep facilities pest-free and record corrective actions
• Investigate product defects, customer complaints, and perform root-cause analysis with corrective/preventive actions
• Manage new and renewal applications for JAKIM Halal certification across products, factories, or outlets
• Revise, update, and implement the Halal Assurance System as required by JAKIM
• Audit raw material sources and ensure all suppliers possess valid, recognized halal certificates
• Form and lead the internal Halal committee, conduct scheduled internal halal audits, and train employees on halal protocols
• Act as the primary point of contact for JAKIM officers, external auditors, and regulatory bodies during inspections

Key responsibilities

Inspect raw materials, packaging, and incoming ingredients against purchase orders and specifications

Monitor daily production lines and Critical Control Points (CCPs)

Ensure the production floor, equipment, and staff adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), HACCP, and general hygiene standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Conduct internal quality audits, store/outlet assessments, and manage documentation for standards like ISO or FSSC 22000

Coordinate with pest control providers to keep facilities pest-free and record corrective actions

Investigate product defects, customer complaints, and perform root-cause analysis with corrective/preventive actions
