Job summary

HNF Catering is seeking a Halal Executive to oversee Halal certification, documentation and compliance across ingredients, products, suppliers and processes. You will monitor hygiene standards at the central kitchen and outlets, conduct inspections, and coordinate audits and renewals with JAKIM and food safety authorities.

The role requires a diploma or degree in Halal management or related fields, with experience in Halal, food safety or hygiene being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Halal Management, Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, Nutrition or related field.
• Experience in Halal, food safety or hygiene is an advantage.
• Familiar with Halal certification and food hygiene requirements.
• Good documentation and organisational skills.
• Good communication skills and able to work with different departments.
• Able to conduct inspections and follow up on issues.

Responsibilities
