Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Halal & Hygiene Executive to ensure Halal compliance, food safety and hygiene across the organization. You will manage Halal certification, monitor supplier and product compliance, and conduct regular hygiene inspections.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Halal Management, Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, Nutrition or related field.
• Experience in Halal, food safety or hygiene is an advantage.
• Familiar with Halal certification and food hygiene requirements.
• Good documentation and organisational skills.
• Good communication skills and able to work with different departments.
• Able to conduct inspections and follow up on issues.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
