Job summary

One Percent Fitness Signature in Selangor is seeking an organized administrator to ensure SOP compliance, greet customers, and assess needs using Body Impedance Analysis to offer effective solutions.

You will regularly replenish inventory, record purchases in Excel for reimbursement, and track trainer sessions in the system. Additionally, you will promote the gym on social media and produce monthly sales reports in Excel, converting them to PDF for submission to the Head Coach.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and address prospects’ needs.
• Record and manage data accurately.
• Basic understanding of Body Impedance Analysis (BIA).
• Maintain inventory records and reporting.
• Promote the gym on social media.
• Prepare and convert reports to PDF for submission.

Responsibilities

• Check and follow SOPs before starting any task.
• Greet customers and address prospects’ needs and concerns by utilizing BIA to provide effective solutions.
• Regularly replenish inventory and record purchases in Excel for reimbursement by Head Coach.
• Track and tally sessions conducted by Personal Trainers and Head Coach using the system.
• Promote the gym regularly through social media to increase brand awareness.
• Prepare and record monthly sales reports in Excel, convert to PDF, and submit to Head Coach.
