Job summary

Anytime Fitness Trailblazers in Malaysia seeks an operations-focused leader to drive brand ambassador activities, oversee member communications, and manage daily gym operations. You will coordinate marketing, billing, and PT-related tasks, ensuring timely execution and target attainment while maintaining service standards across clubs.

The role includes overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly goal setting, evaluating campaigns, and enforcing adherence to company processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly target attainment for Senior Brand Ambassador/Brand Ambassador and NJM.
• Ensure all activities are completed by scheduled deadlines.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Daily monitoring of MEMBR System activities.
• Review call logs; five outbound scripts per staff.
• Send SMS and email content as primary channel.
• Complete at least 10 conversations/day with 4 booked appointments and 2 presentations.
• Assign leads to salespeople and ensure unassigned leads are allocated within 24 hours.
