The LUMA Hotel Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, opened its door on 30 January 2022 and was designed to reflect Sabah’s tropical rainforest and culture. As Kota Kinabalu’s first design hotel, it offers guests a unique escape from city life and strives to support local talents while promoting environmental sustainability.

We are seeking a room attendant to maintain daily cleanliness and comfort in line with hotel quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years room attendant experience
• Good stamina and no skin allergic health problem
• Basic English communication
• Personal hygiene

Responsibilities

• Daily room cleaning according to hotel quality standard
• Know how to use tools and chemical for cleaning purpose
• Liaise with back office if any defect found in the room
• Report any loss and found matter
• Greeting guest with smile
• Replenish and take care trolley
• Ensure sufiicient amenities for the trolley day to day basis
• Follow instruction to perform cleaning procedure as required
• Assigned as room preventive project team when is needed
• Helping in linen, amenities inventory count
