Job summary

HH HOME HOTEL SDN. BHD. is seeking an IT Executive for our Kota Kinabalu property, The LUMA Hotel.

The role requires at least two years in IT support with supervisory duties in a hotel setting, and experience with server infrastructure, network config, and PMS systems. You will support Windows servers, AD, desktop maintenance, CCTV/NVR setups, and door lock systems. The ideal candidate has certifications (MCSA/MCITP/MCTS/MCDST and Cisco) and a friendly, service‑oriented personality to enhance

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of IT support & supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Experience with server infrastructure, desktop repair, firewall configuration, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Must know the Network fundamentals, general network setup and device configuration.
• Opera Cloud PMS administration experience and PMS troubleshooting.
• Experience programming ADEL door lock systems and related hardware installation knowledge.
• Wi‑Fi AP configuration and POE switch configuration.
• Knowledge to configure RANSNET HSG Gateway.
• Microsoft Windows server Active Directory administration.
• Windows 10/11 administration and OS troubleshooting.
• CCTV camera installation and NVR configuration.
• Microsoft Outlook setup and configuration.
• Ricoh photocopy machine user management and folder setup.

Accredited certifications in MCSA, MCTS/MCITP for Windows Server, MCDST for workstations and Cisco Certified.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in IT support & supervisory roles especially in a hotel environment.

Experience and knowledge in the field of server infrastructure, fixing working desktop, firewall configuration, networking and related.

Must have an approachable and sociable personality with a positive attitude for customer hospitality.
