Job summary

Stayrene Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate in Malacca City to assist guests with inquiries via phone, email and messaging channels, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth service experience.

You will handle reservations across multiple platforms, provide local information, coordinate check-in and check-out, resolve guest concerns promptly, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with housekeeping and management teams to deliver outstanding hospitality.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Willing to learn new systems and processes.
• Fresh candidates are welcome with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with enquiries through phone, email and messaging channels.
• Process reservations, amendments, cancellations across platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda.
• Provide information on the property and local facilities.
• Coordinate guest arrival and departure, including check-in/check-out.
• Address guest concerns and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain records of reservations, requests, and feedback.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and management teams.
