Job summary

Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Host - Front Office to deliver excellent guest service across reception, communications and concierge roles. You will be flexible and rotate within Rooms division or other departments as required to maximize guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a relevant hospitality qualification and at least 2 years in hotel operations, with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience hotel operations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident of Malaysia only due to government work permit restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and consistent level of service to guests.
• Assist guests with reception, communications centre or concierge tasks.
• Be flexible and rotate within Rooms division or other departments as needed.
