Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information about golf services, course conditions, and facility amenities
• Register players, collect all fees, and answer customer inquiries
• Assist in golf bookings and maintain accurate golfer records
• Update accounts of the daily revenue from golfer registration
• Answer, screen, and forward calls
• Take messages and ensure they are passed on to the right staff in time
• Verify membership status and collect membership fees
• Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times
