Job summary

Only World Group in Malaysia’s Penang region is hiring a cashier to handle guest payments across cash, cards, and vouchers, issue receipts, and give correct change. You will ensure all sales are captured through the POS system and verified for accuracy, while delivering cheerful frontline service.

The role requires a minimum of SPM/O Level and at least 1 year in F&B or restaurant service. Fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English are preferred, and non-executive candidates with practical frontline

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in F&B, restaurant service, or food operations is a plus.
• Minimum SPM/O Level or equivalent.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Receive payments by cash, card, vouchers, or debits and issue receipts and correct change.
• Ensure all sales are captured through the POS system and verified for accuracy.
• Serve guests cheerfully and courteously in outlets per company policies.
