Job summary

G Concept Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated beverage professional to prepare and serve a wide range of drinks at the golf driving range in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure high beverage quality, hygiene, and friendly service to members and guests.

The role covers operating coffee machines, maintaining stocked work areas, supporting events, and handling transactions. Prior barista or bartending experience is advantageous, and you should be able to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in barista or bartender roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, juices, mocktails, cocktails, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Take beverage orders and provide friendly, efficient service to members and guests.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, bar equipment, and other beverage preparation tools.
• Ensure the bar and beverage preparation areas are clean, organised, and properly stocked.
• Monitor beverage inventory and inform the supervisor of low stock or replenishment needs.
• Handle cash and payment transactions accurately when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with F&B service during events, tournaments, corporate functions, and other activities at the driving range.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
