The Guest Relations Host is a key member of the Cushman & Wakefield onsite account team responsible for delivering a polished first impression for visitors, employees and clients. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in real estate services, travel/hospitality, retail, or customer service.
• 2 years of face-to-face interaction with customers preferred.
• Pleasant phone voice and excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to irregular hours.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception, greet visitors, anddirect calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Oversee visitor badges and maintain records for guest management.
• Support space readiness and coordinate with facilities and hospitality teams.
• Provide travel assistance and arrange transportation or directions as needed.
• Assist with events, meetings, and room reservations.
• Maintain a positive, proactive service mindset and document actions clearly.
